Terms of Service

1. The service

Reely reads the products in a merchant's Shopify store and uses AI models to produce short video ads from their photos and descriptions. It writes nothing back to the store: the finished video is hosted by Reely for the merchant to download and post wherever they choose.

The app is available to Shopify merchants who have installed it on a store they control.

2. Credits

• Rendering costs credits. The price of a render is shown before the button that starts it, and the credits are taken when the job is accepted.
• Credits are bought in packs through Shopify's billing. They are added to the balance as soon as Shopify confirms the charge.
• Credits are non-refundable. Payment is processed by Shopify and is subject to Shopify's own handling of charges and disputes.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits it took are returned to the balance automatically. This includes a render the AI vendor refuses.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between stores, and are not exchangeable for anything other than renders in this app.
• New stores may receive a one-off free credit grant. It is a promotion, is granted once per store domain ever, and can be withdrawn or changed at any time.

3. Your products, and what comes out

• A merchant keeps every right they already had in the product photos and text they generate from, and must hold those rights before generating: uploading someone else's photography to this app does not make it usable.
• The rights to use the finished video belong to the merchant, including commercially, on any platform they choose.
• AI output is not deterministic. The same product, the same settings and the same photos can produce a different video each time, and no particular result is promised. Credits pay for the render that was performed, not for a result a merchant is happy with.
• Reely does not review videos before they are made. What a merchant publishes, and any claim it makes about their product, is theirs.

4. Acceptable use

Reely may not be used to:

• generate content from images or text a merchant has no right to use, or that infringes anyone's trademark, copyright, or likeness;
• produce content that is illegal, deceptive about what a product is or does, hateful, or sexually explicit;
• misrepresent an ad as something other than an advertisement, or impersonate another business;
• attempt to break, overload, or work around the limits of the service — including the credit system.

The AI vendors behind the app apply their own content policies, and some product categories — adult products, weapons, regulated substances, and others — may be refused however the ad is written. A refusal of that kind is not a fault in the service; the credits for the refused render are returned.

An account used to break these rules may be suspended.

5. How long a video is kept

A finished video and its thumbnail are stored for 60 days from the day it is made, then deleted. The app shows the days remaining on every video and warns before a file expires.

Reely is a tool for making ads, not a backup service. Download anything worth keeping. Once a file has expired it cannot be recovered, and re-rendering it costs credits again.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Rendering depends on third-party AI providers, and their outages are ours too.

Features, prices and credit costs can change. A change to what a render costs applies to renders started after the change, never retroactively to credits already spent.

A merchant may stop using Reely at any time by uninstalling it from their store. Uninstalling does not refund unused credits; the balance survives a reinstall until Shopify tells us to erase the store, 48 hours after the uninstall, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Apledot makes no warranty that a generated video will be fit for a particular purpose, will perform commercially, or will be accepted by any advertising platform.

To the extent the law allows, Apledot's total liability for any claim arising out of the use of Reely is limited to the amount the merchant paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the Seoul Central District Court, unless mandatory consumer law gives a merchant the right to a different forum.
